Release of Talk Money 2024 Impact report

Talk Money with Ecstra Foundation's 2024 Impact report highlights the program's continued positive impact on improving the financial capability of students across Australia. We are incredibly pleased that Talk Money continues to reach more schools and students.

In 2024, we provided 585 schools with 3,092 workshops to 128,779 students in metropolitan and regional areas. The report offers insights based on feedback from our students and teachers, and our findings reinforce the ongoing need for better access to financial education and resources for schools.

Global Money Week 2025

Global Money Week 2025

Global Money Week 2025 was held from March 17 to 23, with the theme "Think before you follow, wise money tomorrow," highlighting how digital finance trends, "finfluencers," and artificial intelligence impact young people and their financial decisions.

Strengthening financial literacy can help young people better navigate financial markets and identify biased advice, ultimately leading to more informed financial decisions. The Talk Money Facebook and LinkedIn shared activity ideas for Global Money Week that are great for any time of year.
